The defendant is hereby placed on probation for a term of 2 years. Special Conditons of
Supervision: The defendant (1)   shall not commit another Federal, State, or local crime.
The  defendant shall not                             unlawfully possess a controlled                    substance. The defendant shall
make restitution to the
Rhode Island division of
taxation in the amount of
$19,250.00 and the Town of
Barrington in the amount of
$80,396.79. The defendant shall
refrain from possessing  a
firearm, destructive device, or
other dangerous weapon. The
defendant shall report to a
Probation Officer as directed
by the Court or the Probation
officer. The defendant shall
 permit a probation officer to
visit him at his home or
elsewhere as specified by the
court. The defendant shall
answer inquiries by a probation
officer and notify the
probation officer promptly of
any change in address or
employment. The defendant shall
notify the probation
officer promptly if arrested or
questioned by a law
enforcement officer. In
addition the defendant shall
comply  with the agreement and
undertakings set forth in
paragraph   5 of the plea
agreement between the defendant
and United     States Attorneys
office dated 1/26/00. The
defendant shall   pay the
special assessment of $100.00.
