Ordered, that Defendant shall refrain from use of the June 1, 1972 issue of the United Mine Workers Journal and from use of any subsequent issues of the Journal which may be published and distributed before further Order of this Court to promote the candidacy of any candidate for International Office in the United Mine Workers of America or to discriminate in favor of or against any such candidate. |
