MINUTE ORDER of 3/4/04 by Hon. Robert W. Gettleman : For the reasons stated on the record this date, the court denies plaintiff's emergency motion to remand [3-1]. For the reasons stated on the record this date, the courtdenies plaintiff's emergency motion for a temporary restraining order and incorporates the findings and conclusions stated in open court (see reverse for rulings). Plaintiff is given leave to file an amended complaint on or before 03/09/04. Defendant shall file a responsive pleading on or before 03/26/04. This matter is set for status report on 03/30/04 at 10:00 a.m. In addition, at that time the court will set a schedule for plaintiff's request for a preliminary injunction.
